I have to be honest and say that I'm not a person who usually writes testimonials. Generally, I feel if I pay for a service, I should get what I pay for. Well, in this case, not only did I get what I paid for, but I also received a whole new perspective on life. With that, I felt compelled to share my experience in hopes of helping others. I wasn't the most out of shape person in the world. I exercised regularly and ate what I thought was a healthy diet. However, I still did not feel very energetic and I was getting sick three or four times a year. I couldn't understand it.
